Privacy Policy

Zoomies! (dev.tomgames.zoomies) · Last updated: August 29, 2026

The short version: we do not want your data. The game runs entirely on your phone and cannot even reach the internet.

The game

Zoomies! does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, and no telemetry of any kind.

The app does not request internet access at all. The only Android permission it uses is vibration, for the little bump when your cat runs into a cat carrier. Because the app has no network permission, the operating system itself prevents it from sending anything anywhere.

Your save data

Your progress — high score, fish, unlocked cats and the sound setting — is stored in a small file on your own device. It never leaves it. It is not backed up to us (we have no servers to back it up to). Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in Android’s settings, deletes it permanently.

Children

Zoomies! is suitable for everyone. Since the game collects no data from any player, it collects no data from children either.

This website

zoomies.tomgames.dev is a static page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no accounts; even its fonts are served from this site rather than a third party. Like nearly every website, our server briefly keeps standard technical logs (IP address and requested page) for security and abuse prevention; we do not use them to identify anyone.

Changes

If any of this ever changes, the new policy will be posted here with an updated date. Given the game’s design, we do not expect it to.
