Playing the game
Zoomies! is free. You may download it and play it on your own devices for personal enjoyment. You are welcome — encouraged, even — to share the link to this site or the store page with anyone.
What you may not do
Please do not sell the game, redistribute modified copies of it, extract and reuse its artwork, music or sounds, or present the game as your own work. The pixel art and audio are licensed from their original creators and those licenses do not travel with the download.
Ownership
Zoomies!, its name and this website are © 2026 Tom Games. Third-party art and audio are used under license and remain the property of their respective creators.
No warranty
The game is provided “as is”, free of charge, in the hope that it makes your day slightly better. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tom Games accepts no liability for any damages arising from its use. It is a game about a cat with the zoomies; please calibrate expectations accordingly.
Updates
The game and these terms may be updated from time to time. New terms will be posted here with an updated date, and continuing to play after that means you accept them. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
